In the production process of high-pressure rubber hose, many problems and defects will occur. In order to strictly demand the quality, six precautions in the production of high-pressure rubber hose are specially formulated:
Precautions in the production of high-pressure hoses:
- The inner rubber seal is poor, so that the high-pressure oil can easily enter the steel wire layer.
- The poor airtightness of the outer rubber leads to corrosion of the steel wire.
- The wall thickness of the high-pressure hose is uneven, especially the inner rubber layer.
- The vulcanization of the high-pressure rubber hose has not reached positive vulcanization, and the manifestation is under-sulfur or over-sulfur. Due to the above two reasons, its various attributes and functions cannot meet the requirements, resulting in problems during use.
- The steel wire braiding or winding process did not follow the design process, the braiding angle did not reach 54 degrees 44 minutes, the steel wire braiding was too tight or too loose, and the deformation (elongation, shortening or bending deformation) of the high-pressure hose during use (after pressurization) was relatively large.
- The adhesion between the rubber layer and the steel wire layer is insufficient.

Precautions for selecting high-pressure hoses:
- Conveying medium: The choice of which hose should first consider the medium to be transported by the pipe body, such as liquid, gas, solid; or mixture. The acidity and alkalinity of the medium, the corrosiveness of the oil, etc.
- Working environment: the internal and external working environment of the hose, such as external pressure, temperature, medium, etc., internal delivery pressure, temperature, frequency of use, pulse or movement, etc.
- Installation process: such as the vibration of the system, the bending radius of the hose, the correct joint connection form, whether there is impact and friction, etc. need to be considered.
