  1. First of all, do not twist the high-pressure hose during installation, otherwise it will cause damage to the high-pressure hose or loose connection.
  2. When the bending radius is too small, a right-angle joint is generally used to avoid sharp bending and twisting of the high-pressure hose.
  3. During normal operation, the valve stem should not be pulled too hard, but must be gentle, otherwise it will cause the high-pressure hose to burst.
  4. In order to avoid damage to the high-pressure hose and flow restriction, the bending radius should be as large as possible.
  5. When the temperature rise of the hydraulic system is too high during operation, the high-pressure oil pipe should be checked in time, and necessary cooling measures should be taken during continuous operation.
  6. When installing the high-pressure hose between objects, a certain space should be left to prevent the high-pressure hose from rubbing against the object during operation. If it cannot be avoided, try to take some protective measures. Such as high pressure hose sheath.
  7. It is important that the selection of the hose must be reasonable.
