Methods of testing the quality of high pressure hoses:
First of all, from visual inspection, the wall thickness of the poor-quality high-pressure hose is uneven, the steel wire is too tight or the number of layers is too small, the hose is slightly deformed by pressure, it is easy to be rusted, and the adhesion between the rubber layer and the steel wire layer is insufficient. These conditions will make the pipe wall prone to bursting.
Secondly, improper selection of withholding amount and crimping speed when assembling the hose and joint, or unreasonable selection of structure, material, and size of the joint can cause the hose and joint to be too tight or too loose, resulting in early damage to the joint.
In addition, unreasonable joint design and poor processing quality will also cause damage to the inner rubber; if the joint material is not properly selected, it will easily deform during the crimping process, which will affect the crimping quality and shorten the life of the hose.
If the high-pressure hose has quality assurance, if it is damaged, it is usually improperly used, and the first thing to bear the brunt is the installation process. At the same time, the normal use should also check the high-pressure hose from time to time. The following is the daily work. The requirements are written down:
