(2) The high-pressure hose must be crossed or where it may rub against the surface of the machine during operation. Use a high-pressure hose clip or spring protector to prevent the surface of the hose from being damaged.
(3) When the high-pressure hose must be bent, the bent half diameter should not be too small, and should be more than 9 times the diameter. There must be a parallel line segment that exceeds 2 times the diameter of the water pipe at the junction of the rubber hose and the connector.
(4) When installing the high-pressure hose, avoid being in a tight state. Even if there is no relative speed on both sides of the high-pressure hose, keep the high-pressure hose loose. The tight high-pressure hose can expand under pressure. Reduced compressive strength.
(5) Do not twist the high-pressure hose during installation. Slight twisting of the high-pressure hose will reduce its compressive strength and loosen the connector. When assembling the line, the connector should be tightened on the high-pressure hose instead of the high-pressure hose tightened on the connector. .
(6) If the high-pressure hose is equipped on the core components, regular maintenance or replacement is recommended.
